Notice of Public Hearing before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a second public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Heath City Hall. The Commission and the City Council will consider the following case: Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on a request from property owner Kyle Moore for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory building (pool house/accessory dwelling) 1,321 sq. ft. in area, 16 ft. in height, and built of like materials and design as the main residence on Lot 18 of Block B, Stoneleigh Phase 3 Addition, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas. The subject property is addressed as 114 Yorkshire Drive and is zoned Planned Development District for Single Family Residential uses as permitted by the SF-22 District (Case CUP-2018-05). The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
