Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the application for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory building, 1500 sq. ft. in area, 17’-3” in height and built of like materials with a 3:12 pitch roof on Lot 6, Heathridge Estates (560 Smirl Dr.),Heath, Rockwall County, TX, requested by Vasile Dolihschi.
