Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the application for a conditional use permit to add 700 sq ft in area, 12’ in height to an existing accessory structure (2000 sq. ft.; 24’ in ht), and built of like materials and design as the residence on Lot 7, Block A, Seabolt #1 Addition (114 Luther Lane), Heath, Rockwall County, TX, requested by Mike Mishler.
