Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council:     Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the applications for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory building, 4800 sq. ft. in area, 25’ ft. in height and built of metal siding and roof on Tract 29, E. Teal Survey A-207, 4.52 acres part of a 6.52 acre tract (RCAD parcel 12675; 810 Laurence Dr.), requested by Doug Knostman;
