Notice of a Public Hearing before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Hidden Creek event center, 215 Chris Cuny Parkway. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. The Commission and the Council will consider: Case CUP-2018-01 – Discussion and action regarding an Ordinance amending Chapter 159, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances and the zoning map of the City to grant a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a single family residence on Lot 53, Block B, Heath Crossing, Phase 2B & 3A, with a roof pitch of 6:12 in lieu of the required 8:12 roof pitch. The property is zoned Planned Development (PD) District for single family uses and is more commonly known as 604 Chatham Hill Ct. (Rockwall County CAD Map ID # 90491) The applicant for this request is Jack Cecil, builder/contractor. The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request.
