NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING- CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 530 RIDGE POINT DRIVE

Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.  Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas.  Further notice is given that, the City Council will hold a second public hearing at which the request and the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation will be considered at a meeting that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Heath City Hall. At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take action on the application for a conditional use permit for placement of an accessory building (garage/recreation room) 2,070 sq. ft. in area, 26 ft. in height, built of like materials and design as the main structure, and does not meet the minimum 15 ft. building separation requirement,   requested by the owner John Wester.  The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request.  All interested citizens are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.  Additional information regarding the application or amendments may be downloaded from the Public Notices tab at www.heathtx.com or obtained by calling 972-961-4875.
