NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING- CONDITIONAL USE OF PERMIT 2360 N. FM 740

Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.  Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas.  Further notice is given that, the City Council will hold a second public hearing at which the request and the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation will be considered at a meeting that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Heath City Hall. At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take action on the application  for a conditional use permit for placement of an accessory building (workshop/barn) 3,000 sq. ft. in area, 22 ft. in height, built of unlike materials and design as the main structure, requested by the owners Joseph and Traci Johnson.
