NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – BUFFALO CREEK PHASE 9 ADDITION

Notice is hereby given that the Heath Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearings beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, August 5, 2013 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive. The Board will hear and take action on the Application of George Welch Custom Homes LLC  for a 10’ variance to §159.23(E)(9)(b) that provides for a minimum 30’ side yard setback abutting a street in an SF-15 Single-Family Residential zoning district  on Lot 35-R, Block 13, Buffalo Creek Country Club Estates Phase 9 Addition (1 Signature Court).  Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Specific notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject property.
