NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment Variance Application to Replat 4 Cypress Court

Notice of Public Hearing:  Notice is hereby given that the Heath Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on Monday, August 8, 2016 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. to hear and take action on the Application of Michael D. Mitcham, owner, for a variance to §159.22(E)(1) that specifies the “Minimum lot area: one-half acre (22,000 sq. ft.)” in order to replat Lot 10-R, Block 3, of the Shepherd’s Glen Installment One Addition ( 4 Cypress Court) into two (2) lots (Lots 20 & 21) resulting in Lot 21 being 16,943 sq. ft. in area. Specific notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject property.
