NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Application for Conditional Use Permit – 8 Camden Court

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas. Further notice is given that, a second public hearing is scheduled where the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be considered by the City Council at a meeting that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Heath City Hall. At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take appropriate action on the application for a conditional use permit to construct an additional accessory building (cedar pergola) 192 sq. ft. in area and 11’ in height. on Lot 78, Block A of the Stoneleigh Phase Three Addition; 8 Camden Court; (RCAD Parcel ID: 64693) Conditional use permits are required for the construction of an additional accessory structure and of a structure that is not built of like materials and design as the main building in the PD Single-family Residential zoning district.
