NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Application for Conditional Use Permit – 509 Twin View
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas. Further notice is given that, a second public hearing is scheduled where the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be considered by the City Council at a meeting that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Heath City Hall. At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take appropriate action on the application for a conditional use permit for an existing accessory structure consisting of a cedar carport 19’ by 40’ in area and 12’ in height on Lot 9B, Twin View Addition; 509 Twin View; (RCAD Parcel ID: 51294) Conditional use permits are required for the construction of an accessory structure that is not built of like materials and design as the main building in a SF-43 Single-family Residential zoning district.
