NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – 2710 S. FM 549

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas.
Further notice is given that, a second public hearing is scheduled where the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be considered by the City Council at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Heath City Hall. At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take appropriate action on the application for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory building, 480 sq. ft. in area, 25’ in height with a 14:12 pitch roof and built of like materials and design as the residence.
