NOTICE OF PUBIC HEARING – Fence Variance – 613 Rustic Ridge Drive
Notice of Public Hearings before the City Council: Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive. The City Council will consider the following cases: Hold a Public Hearing and consider approval of a Resolution regarding an application for a variance to Section 157.02 (C), Fences, of the City of Heath Code of Ordinances, which requires fences in the front, side or rear yards abutting a street to have a maximum height of four (4) feet. The applicant is requesting to construct a five (5) foot high tubular steel fence, with six and one-half (6-1/2) foot high masonry columns, and two (2) entry gates, each measuring approximately seven (7) feet in height, along the front and side property lines on Lot 4 of Block B, Ridge Lakes Addition, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas. The subject property is addressed as 613 Rustic Ridge Drive and is zoned Planned Development (PD) District for single family detached uses. (Case FV-2018-04). The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
