As 2013 comes to a close, it’s a good time to reflect upon the progress we’ve made this year, and our gratitude to live and work in the City of Heath.

Good fiscal management has enabled us to maintain a healthy fund balance, keep the City’s excellent financial ratings and provide the services necessary for a healthy, vibrant community without an increase in our ad valorem tax rate.
