The Heart of Heath 5k was established in 1994 by a group of dedicated volunteers to help raise funds for the construction of Towne Center Park, located behind Heath City Hall.

The 2025 Heart of Heath 5k/Family Run will stage from a new, temporary location in The Reserve at Hawk Drive and Chris Cuny Parkway due to Towne Center Park’s closure for renovation.But you can expect all the same Easter Saturday community fun and competition.
Proceeds benefit the parks and trails system of Heath.
