INVESTING IN OUR FUTURE:
CITY OF HEATH CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN UPDATE

The Heath City Council approved a Capital Improvement Plan that includes more than $20 million in investments that benefit the entire city in 2013. Bonds were issued to fund the first portion of the plan. Here’s a progress report on this important work to ensure Heath continues to be a desirable place to live and attracts the type of high quality residential and commercial development that enhances our community.
