CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: FM 1140 (Smirl Drive)

The contractor building FM-1140 (Smirl Drive) is scheduled to reconstruct the Mariah Bay and Cove Ridge Subdivision entry roads beginning Monday, September 9. The Mariah Bay entrance is scheduled to be reconstructed beginning Monday, September 9 and be complete Wednesday, September 11. The Cove Ridge entrance is scheduled to be reconstructed beginning Thursday, September 12 and be complete by Monday, September 16. The entrances will be constructed ½ at a time. Flagmen will be directing traffic during the day and the entrance roads will be open to two-way traffic at the end of work each day.
