City of Heath Notice of General Election 2018

The Heath City Council approved a resolution on February 13, 2018 calling a General Election to be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018. To the registered voters of the City of Heath, Texas, notice is hereby given that the polling place located at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas 75032 will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM on Sat., May 5, 2018 for voting in a General Election to elect a Mayor and Two (2) Council Members, One (1) for Place 3 and One (1) for Place 5 for Two (2) year terms each. Early voting by personal appearance shall be conducted at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, on the following dates:

Mon., April 23 – Fri., April 27, 2018 from 8 AM until 5 PM
Sat., April 28, 2018 from 10 AM until 3 PM
Mon., April 30 and Tues., May 1, 2018 from 7 AM until 7 PM

Applications for ballot by mail shall be requested from Christopher Lynch, Rockwall County Election Administrator, 915 Whitmore Drive, #D, Rockwall, TX 75087 and must be received by the City Secretary no later than the close of business day on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.
