The City’s citizen and contractor portals are now easier to access from the front page of the City website. You can use the portal to report a code or watering violation, apply for a permit and submit requests for information.

Projects Requiring City Permits include:

  • Fences
  • Storage Sheds over 120 square feet
  • Retaining Walls 2 feet or higher
  • Swimming Pools/Irrigation Systems
  • Interior Remodels/Additions
  • Outdoor Kitchens/Fireplaces
  • Septic System Replacements/Repairs
  • Cabanas/Guest Houses
  • Sea Wall Repairs/Replacements/Boat Houses
  • Roofing/Window Replacements
  • Foundation Repair
  • Plumbing, Electrical or Mechanical Work
