ROAD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

CIP Project Update – Heath Drive between Yankee Creek Road and James Drive

Project:
The City project includes reconstruction of a portion of  Heath Drive between Yankee Creek Road and James Drive (approximately 1200 feet) and two locations on Craig Drive (location map above).
Start Date:
The construction is scheduled to begin Tuesday, September 20, 2016 (weather permitting).
Completion Time:
Estimated completion date is the end of the first week of November, 2016 (weather permitting).

Contractor Guidelines and Information:

  • Construction is allowed between 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • The roadway will be constructed one-half at a time and will be reduced to one lane during construction. Traffic will be detoured to Meadowview Road and Darr Road.
  • Access to homes will be maintained during construction. Driveways within the pavement repair area may not be accessible when the driveway approaches are being re-constructed. The contractor will notify the homeowner in advance.
