Chase Bank is coming to Heath

City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit and a Site Plan at the June 11 meeting for a location within the Tom Thumb retail center area. Chase is going beyond the required with its landscaping, trees and a trail connection to provide pedestrian access to the shopping center area.

This is right in line with the City’s vision for a beautiful, walkable Town Center District. Tom Thumb’s gas station should open in July, and the grocery store in September. An exact opening date for Chase Bank is not available yet, but everything is moving quickly at this new development.
