The Contractor for the FM-550 TXDOT project plans to begin working to restore the culvert crossing, that was washed out last Saturday, September 22, back to normal conditions tomorrow (Friday September 28) and finish up on Saturday, September 29. FM-550 will be reduced to one-lane, with flaggers, during the repair work.
Current schedule (as of August 22, 2018; weather dependent): FM-549- Thursday, August 30th and scheduled to take one day: Chip seal (surface before asphalt) FM-549, from the new Cain driveway on FM-549 to the bridge, then from the bridge to the FM-740 intersection.
