Board of Adjustment Variance Meeting – Wyndemere II

Notice is hereby given that the Heath Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, October 12, 2015 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. The Board will consider the application of Matt Zahm for a 5’ variance to the area requirements of Ordinance 040819B Planned Development regulations for Wyndemere II that corresponds to §159.21 (E)(8)(a) of the Code of Ordinances that provides for a minimum side setback of 15’ to allow a side setback of 10’ on Lot 10, Block B, Wyndemere II at 409 Wyndemere Blvd. (RCAD parcel # 64365).
