Headline Story NEWLY ELECTED COUNCILMEMBERS TAKE OFFICE Newly-elected Councilmembers Frank New, Paul Ruffo, Brent Weaver and Rich Krause were sworn into office at the May 9 City Council meeting by Rockwall County Judge David Sweet.
