Headline Story City Supports Local Child Advocacy Center Mayor Kelson Elam proclaimed April 2022 as National Child Abuse Prevention Month in Heath during the April 26 meeting to support the Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County’s efforts to bring awareness to the crisis. In Rockwall County, child abuse cases reported are up 79% from 2021.
