A Helpful Reminder about Projects and Permits
With Spring right around the corner, it is a great time to start all those exciting and fun residential outdoor and indoor projects. Please remember that permits are required any time in which the owner or contractor desires to construct, repair, alter, erect, enlarge, convert, install or replace an existing building or its utility system(s).
Some examples of projects that require a permit are:

- Storage Sheds over 120 sq ft.
- Retaining Walls over 4’
- Swimming Pools
- Irrigation Systems
- Interior Remodels
- Additions
- Boat Houses
- Outdoor Kitchens/Fireplaces
- OSSF Replacements/Repairs
- Cabanas, Guest Houses
- Sea Wall Repairs/Replacements
- Roofing
- Window Replacements
- Foundation Repair
- Miscellaneous Plumbing, Electrical or Mechanical work
