NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Text Amendment to Chapter 159 of the City of Heath Code of Ordinances – Exterior Masonry Construction Requirements

Notice of Public Hearing before the City Council: Notice is hereby given that two public hearings are scheduled where the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be considered by the City Council at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. The meeting will be held at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas. The City Council will consider the following text amendments to Chapter 159 of the City of Heath Code of Ordinances, the same being the City’s Zoning Ordinance: Sections 159.07, Exterior Masonry Construction Requirements; 159.27, Local Retail District Regulations; and 159.42 Definitions, for the purpose of implementing technical corrections, and clarifying definitions and percentage coverage for exterior masonry requirements for non-residential development. The City may continue the public hearings to a date and time certain. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
