Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas. At such time and place, the Council will hear and take action on the application for a waiver to the exterior masonry requirements, as specified in Section 159.07 (C) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Heath, for a single family detached residence. The property is zoned (PD) Planned Development for single family uses. Case No. MIS-2018-04.
