NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Exterior Masonry Waiver – 442 Sunrise Ridge Drive

Notice of a Public Hearings before the City Council: Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. The Commission and the Council will consider: Case MIS-2018-01 – Discussion and action regarding a request for a waiver to the exterior masonry requirements for a single family detached residence located on Lot 44 of Block A, Ridge Lakes, Phase 1, said residence being addressed as 442 Sunrise Ridge Drive, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas (Rockwall County CAD Map ID # 89845). The property is zoned (PD) Planned Development District for single family uses. The applicant for this exterior masonry waiver is Coy Cleveland. The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
