Notice of Public Hearing: Notice is hereby given that the Heath Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on Monday, August 14, 2017 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. to hear and take action on the Application of Rodrick Swartz, for a variance to §159.23 (E) (6) of the Code of Ordinances that specifies the “Minimum depth of the front setback: 30 feet; and (E) (7) of the Code of Ordinances that specifies the “Minimum depth of rear setback: 25 feet for main building and ten feet for accessory building or other structure on property described as Lot 18, Club Estates #1, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas and located at 118 James Dr. Specific notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject property.
