Notice of Public Hearing: Notice is hereby given that the Heath Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on Monday, December 12, 2016 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. to hear and take action on the Application of John B. and Judy C. Lee, owners, for a variance to §159.22 (E) (7) of the Code of Ordinances that specifies the “Minimum depth of rear setback: 25 feet for main building and ten feet for accessory building or other structure on property described as Lot 3, Block F-1, Cove Ridge Acres No. 1, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas and located at 1219 Valley Trail. Specific notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject property.
