Notice of Public Hearings for Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold  public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Heath City Hall. The Commission and the Council will consider:

  • an Amendment to §159.42, Definitions, of the Codes of Ordinances to amend the calculation of building height; and
  • an Amendment to §159.49, Nonconforming Uses, §159.49 (J) of the Codes of Ordinances to clarify the parameters of nonconforming lot size.
