Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the application of Jimmy McClintock of 211 Terry Lane LLC for a zoning change from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development (PD) zoning district for single-family residential use consisting of 18 residential lots of varying sizes greater than 27,000 square feet on 18 acres of land in the John O. Heath Survey A-116 (RCAD Tract 17-2, parcel ID# 45872) situated at 211 Terry Lane, Heath, Rockwall County, TX.
