NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Replat of 509 Twin View Road

Notice of Public Hearing before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas.
Further notice is given that, a second public hearing is scheduled where the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be considered by the City Council at a meeting that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Heath City Hall. At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take appropriate action on the application of Ray Collin to replat without vacating the existing plat of Lot 9B, also identified by the Rockwall Central Appraisal District as Lot 9B and Lot 9C, consisting of 3.32 acres, Twin View Addition to form 3 lots.  (This notice is provided as a result of the applicant’s revision of the application to form 3 lots instead of 2 lots as previously considered).
