City Council Meeting Recap | July 8, 2014

The City Council meeting was a long, but productive one last night!

Council approved moving forward with the CIP projects to improve Myers Road and Crisp Road, with a reduced lane width of 20′ for each.

The Mayor authorized the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement for the engineering design of the Jeff Boyd Water Line CIP project, and amendments to the fence ordinance were again discussed at length, with public input offered.

Dan Bobst also gave an update on efforts to build the Samantha Knostman Playground and was directed to work with the Park Board to finalize the site.
