NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Conditional Use Permit for Guest House at 216 James Drive
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue the public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject property. The Commission and the Council will consider the application of Dean Cathey for a conditional use permit for a guest house on Tract 5-02 in the C. Cobb Survey A-0063 (216 James Drive).
