NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Change for Heath Crossing

Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council:  Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue the public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties.

The Commission and the Council will consider the applications of  TR Heath Partners Ltd. for a zoning change for the Heath Crossing Planned Development Zoning District on 295.19 acres (208.35 planned/86.84 completed) in the E. Teal Survey A-0207 as created by Ord. 030904C and amended by Ord. 111220B to revise the Concept Plan to modify the number of lots, lot sizes and configuration, to accommodate a Rockwall Independent School District school site and to change the phasing. The developer is not proposing to change any specific zoning regulations that pertain to completed phases.
