PUBLIC NOTICE: FENCE VARIANCE – 1315 FM 740

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.  The following item will be considered:

FV-2025-01: Hold a public hearing and act on a Resolution granting certain variances to Chapter 157: Fences, of the Heath Code of Ordinances, that would allow for a seven (7)-ft tall wrought iron fence, columns that exceed the maximum 2-ft width, and allowing the columns to exceed a maximum height of seven (7)-feet within the (SF-43) Single-Family Residential District on property located at 1315 S. FM-740, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
