Notice is hereby given that the Heath Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2025. The meeting will be held at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.
BA-2024-08: Hold a public hearing and consider and act on Variance requests to the Heath Code of Ordinances, Section 159.23(E)(6) to allow for a 4.1-ft encroachment into the minimum 30-ft front yard setback, Section 159.23(E)(8)(a) for a 0.10-ft encroachment into the minimum 10-ft side yard setback, Section 159.23(E)(11) for exceeding the 35% Maximum Building Coverage of the lot area by 3%, and allowing a 14.5-ft encroachment into the minimum 25-ft rear yard per Section 159.23(7) by consideration of a Special Exception under Section 159.87(B) for the rear yard setback abutting the City of Dallas take-line, and for the purpose of construction of a single family home that is zoned for (SF-15) Single-Family Residential land uses on property located at 303 Scenic Drive, being described as Lot 22, Antigua Bay Addition, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
