Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will consider the following case at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.
Case FV-2024-06: Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a request by Jason Watson for approval of a Variance to the Heath Code of Ordinances, Fence Ordinance, § 157.02(C), that limits fences in the front yard to a maximum height of four feet (4’) to permit a five foot (5′) ornamental wrought iron fence on property addressed 4 Peninsula Court and further described as The Peninsula, Lot 2.
