City Names Kevin Lasher, AICP, as City Manager
The Heath City Council named Kevin Lasher, AICP, as City Manager at the January 23 meeting.
Lasher joined the City of Heath in 2017 as Director of Planning and was promoted to Assistant City Manager in 2018. During his seven-year tenure, Lasher has directed the City’s Planning Division, Building Inspections, Code Enforcement, Information Technology, Parks and Recreation, the Engineering consultant and Bond Counsel consultant.
