ZONING NOTIFICATION: SANITARY SEWER VARIANCE 1216 SMIRL – Case No. PP-2023-01
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.
Consider and act on an Ordinance granting a Variance to the Heath Code of Ordinances, Section 158.09(C)(1) to allow the use of on-site septic systems on all lots within the proposed Preliminary Plat of Estes Addition in lieu of providing an approach sanitary sewer line, force main, and lift station for the same property generally located at 1216 Smirl Drive, being approximately 16.453 acres in the E. Teal Survey, Abstract 207, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
