NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Conditional Use Permit (2 Meadowview Ct)

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the applications for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory structure consisting of an open air pavilion,  2100 sq. ft. in area, 21’ in height, built of like materials and design as the residence on Block A, Lot 12-RA, 13RA and 14RA, Meadowview Estates (2 Meadowview Ct.), Heath, Rockwall County, TX, requested by Stephanie Bellinger, on behalf of owners Gerald and Shannon Platz.
