MAY 7 GENERAL ELECTION CANCELLED

Councilmembers to be Sworn in May 7

The City of Heath General Election called for May 7 for the purpose of electing Mayor and two Council Members for Places 3 and 5 has been cancelled. Mayor Kelson Elam, Donna Rolater, Place 3, and Jim Chester, Place 5, filed appropriate paperwork to appear on the ballot and all three were uncontested in their races. The three candidates will take the Oath of Office at the City Council meeting on May 10, and we thank them for their service!

Other Races on May 7

There will be an election on May 7 for Constitutional Amendments and the Rockwall Independent School District, followed by a May 24 Primary Election Runoff. There will not be Early Voting at Heath City Hall for the May 7 election, but you will be able to vote at Heath City Hall on the actual election day of May .
