Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the application for the application of ERS Telecom Properties on behalf of Kevin Lamberth for a Special Use Permit to Construct a 120’ Monopole Communications Tower within a 50’ by 50’ fenced lease area on Tract 26-07 (3.642 acres; pt of a 16.31 ac tr) E. Teal Survey A-207 within the City of Heath (504 Smirl Drive).
