Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Heath specifically: establishing Chapter 98: OUTDOOR LIGHTING / DARK SKY STANDARDS; amending § 150.02 DEFINITIONS related to outdoor lighting; amending Chapter 151 SIGNS related to outdoor lighting standards; amending § 157.02 STANDARDS FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANTENNAS AND TOWERS related to outdoor lighting; amending outdoor lighting standards in § 158.20 STREET LIGHTING; amending outdoor lighting standards in § 159.26 (MF-8) HIGH DENSITY MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; amending § 159.27 (LR) LOCAL RETAIL DISTRICT REGULATIONS to add outdoor lighting standards; amending § 159.28 (PD) PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT to add outdoor lighting standards; amending outdoor lighting standards in § 159.29 TOWNE CENTER OVERLAY DISTRICT, amending outdoor lighting standards in § 159.40 SITE PLAN APPROVALS, amending § 159.42 DEFINITIONS related to outdoor lighting; amending § 159.48 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS related to outdoor lighting; amending § 159.52 BUILDING MATERIALS REGULATIONS FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION related to outdoor lighting; and, amending § 159.68 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS OF OFF-STREET PARKING related to outdoor lighting.
