ZONING NOTIFICATION: Stoneleigh Phase 6 – Case No. ZA-2021-01

Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an application to rezone 43.812 acres of land out of the A. Rodriquez Survey, Abstract No. 0231, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas (the Property), from Agriculture (A) District to a Planned Development (PD) District for single-family uses with a minimum lot size of one (1) acre net of floodplain, bodies of water, and street rights-of-way. The Property is situated on the southwestern-most side of McDonald Road, approximately 1,680 feet south of its intersection with W FM 550. (Rockwall County CAD Map ID NO 45849)
