ZONING NOTIFICATION: The Renaissance – Case No. ZA-2020-01

Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on a proposed amendment to Planned Development (PD) Ordinance No. 161108A, establishing the single-family detached residential subdivision platted as “The Renaissance,” being 35.435 acres of land situated in the Edward Teal Survey, Abstract No. 207, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas, for the purpose of changing the front building setback line from 40-feet to 25-feet for Lots 1 through 7, and for Lots 8A through 9A, of Block A, and from 40-feet to 30-feet for all remaining lots as depicted on the final plat thereof recorded in Cabinet J, Slide 363, P.R.R.C.T. (Rockwall County CAD Map ID NO’s 97016 through 97053)
