NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Change – SE corner of Heathland Crossing and FM 740.

Notice of Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council of the City of Heath, Texas: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a second public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at Heath City Hall. The Commission and City Council will consider the following matters: ZA-2019-04: Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an ordinance to change the zoning and future land use designation for approximately 2.09 acres of land out of the Edward Teal Survey, Abstract No. 207, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas, from (A) Agricultural District to a Planned Development (PD) District for Local Retail (LR) uses. The subject property is situated at the southeast corner of Heathland Crossing and FM 740.
