NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Amending Code Of Ordinances by adding new Single-Family District (SFE 3.0) Residential District

Notice of Public Hearing: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas. The City Council will consider the following ordinance amendment: Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas, amending the Code of Ordinances in Chapter 159, Zoning, by adding a new Section 159.31, Single-Family Estate (SFE 3.0) Residential District; providing for a penalty not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000) per day for each offense; providing a savings clause, a severability clause, a repealer clause and an effective date. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing, and the City Council may continue a public hearing from one meeting to another.
